
Grilled T-Bone Steak for Two with Lemon-Pesto Sauce

1 lb. beef T-bone, cut 1-in. thick |
1 tsp. steak seasoning |

Lemon-Pesto Sauce |
3 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce |
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp. coarsely grated lemon peel |
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine pesto sauce, lemon juice, lemon peel and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Press steak seasoning evenly onto beef steak. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 14-16 min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 15-19 min.) for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
3. Remove bone; carve steak crosswise into slices. Serve with Lemon Pesto sauce.
