Grilled Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
6 U/15 Ocean Garden® Authentic Mexican Shrimp
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
2 slices red onion
1/4 c. cup olive oil
1/2 lemon
1/2 c. chick peas
10 parsley leaves
chili flakes

Directions:

1. Cut the peppers in thin slices, grill shrimp 4 to 5 min. Mix in a stainless bowl, with remaining ingredients, season with salt. Serve in a small round bowl, garnish with onion slice.
