Lemon & Butter Shrimp with Brown and Wild Whole Grain Rice

What you need:
* 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Ready Whole Grain Medley™ Brown & Wild Rice
* 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 lemon zested then juiced, separate juice and zest
* 1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp thawed, peeled, deveined (31-40 sz.)
* 1 c. frozen petite peas
* 1 c. fresh basil chiffonade or cut into thin strips
What to do:
1. In large sauté pan, melt half the butter. Add garlic, lemon zest and shrimp and sauté until shrimp are almost cooked through.
2. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, peas and basil and continue to cook until peas are warmed.
3. While peas are cooking, add Ready Whole Grain Medley™ pouch to microwave and heat on high for 90 sec. Add warmed rice to serving platter and top with shrimp, pea and basil mixture.
